Crowdsourcing Real World Science!

Check out the new 6-8 modules 11,12,13,14,15. They have opportunities for real world science from the Zooniverse project.
This is an incredible global initiative to utilize the talents of people all over the world to analyze real data. Using many folks to work together to solve a problem like this is called "crowdsourcing". The site will lead you through the process, train you, and then you are in and working. You can help to identify animals in the serengeti, or images from the sea floor, even look for planets. Remember, this is real, so please take great care to be accurate in your work. It is okay if you make honest mistakes, as there are thousands of others who are also helping, and those little mistakes will be obvious to the scientists as they analyze the data.
Have fun, and on behalf of Science, thank you!
